How is rice with duck meat prepared in the Algarve?
Arroz de Pato is a very common Portuguese dish. Every housewife has his own recipe. We will introduce you to our recipe so you can communicate with your Portuguese neighbors.
Ingredients for four people
- 300 g of rice
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped

Prepare all ingredients as above.
